EGIBL launches 24-hour phone banking
KARACHI (March 15 2008): Emirates Global Islamic Bank Limited (EGIBL) has launched 24/7 Phone Banking which provides an instant, real time information and transaction access to its customer. This is the first call center in Pakistan to be equipped with services of Oracle - Siebel CRM support, which is the world leader in CRM solutions.
Integrated Technology Partners (ITP) and Teledata provided the technical support for call center set up and CRM implementation. Other specifications of the call center include Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Automated Call Distribution (ACD). The aim is to provide faster services to Emirates Global Islamic Bank Limited (EGIBL) customers and to improve service efficiencies in cost effective way.-PR
