The name of Mr. Mazhar Ali Bokhari Head of International Operations & Strategic Planning Division, Gulf African Bank Limited Kenya has been selected for inclusion in the 25th Anniversary Edition of MARQUIS Who's Who in the World.
The inclusion of Mr. Bokhari’s biography in the “MARQUIS” 25th Anniversary Edition of Who's Who in the World is an achievement worth cherishing and commemorating.
In addition, “International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, England” has also selected Mr. Bokhari’s name for inclusion in their Biographical Book “2000 Outstanding Intellectuals of 21st Century”. The Oxford English Dictionary defines Intellectualism as “doctrine that knowledge is wholly or mainly derived from pure reason” and it follows by saying that an intellectual is a “person possessing the good understanding, enlightened person”.
Mr. Bokhari started his banking career in 1988 with State Bank of Pakistan Lahore, then joined as Assistant Vice President promoted as Vice President (1994 2003) Albaraka Islamic Bank Lahore, joined as Head of Research & Product Development / Operations (2003 – 2005) Bank Alfalah Limited Islamic Banking & last assignment as Head of Islamic Banking Division (2005 – 2007) Prime Commercial Bank Limited Lahore Pakistan now ABN Amro Bank Pakistan Limited before joining GulfAfrican Bank Limited Kenya.
