Emirates Global Islamic Bank Limited (EGIBL) has launched 24/7 Phone Banking which provides instant, real time information and transaction access to its customer base.
This is the first call centre in Pakistan to be equipped with Oracle- Siebel CRM support, which is the world leader in CRM solutions.
Integrated Technology Partners (ITP) and Teledata provided the technical support for call centre set up and CRM implementation.
Other specifications of the call centre include Interactive Voice Response (IVR), Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) and Automated Call Distribution (ACD).
The aim is to provide faster services to EGIBL customers and to improve service efficiencies in a cost effective way.
