The Bank of Khyber (BoK) will open Islamic banking branches in Lahore, Faisalabad and Rawalpindi on Dec 28. With the inauguration of three more Islamic banking branches in Punjab, the total number will reach 16 all over the country, says a press release. The bank has already established Islamic banking branches in various cities of the NWFP which included Hayatabad Peshawar, Bannu, Nowshera, Taimargara, Tank, Hangu, Batkhela, Charsadda, Abbotabad and Manshera. Branches in Quetta, Karachi SITE branch and a branch in New Cloth Market were already operational in Balochistan and Sindh.
